How to create a new survey

To create a new survey, try the following.

• Click New Survey.
• You can either start from a template, or you can build your questions from scratch.
• Select how you want your survey to be delivered
• Enter a title for the survey

Once you create your survey, you can make it visible by flipping the switch on the top right hand side on. If it's a Post Purchase survey, and you're using the new Shopify checkout extensions, you'll need to add the Shopify app block to your Post Purchase and Thank You pages.
