How to create an order delivery survey

To create an Order Delivery Survey, try the following.

• Click New Survey. For the questions, you can build them manually or start with a template.
• For Step 2, where the survey will show up, you should select Order Delivered.
• Give it a title and create the survey.

Once you confirm that it looks good, you flip the visibility switch on the top right hand side to turn it on.

If you want to adjust what that email says: click Settings -> Design -> select Email. Here you can adjust the copy of the email, the title, as well as the logo and colors.

Once you've done both of these steps, you have an email that is being sent to your customers one day after an order is marked as delivered.
