How to use logic in your surveys

Zigpoll offers logic that you can create some action based on the responses from your customer when they take your survey.

For example you can use this logic to create dynamic branches and follow up questions based on how a customer responds.

You could also use it for more complicated things, such as adding tags, sending a follow-up email, or redirecting a customer to a particular page.

For example, if you wanted to ask how happy you are with the brand, and if the customer is a promoter, you can send them a link to a Google Reviews form or some other place to leave a review.
