Zigpoll + Shopify Discount Codes
Sharing Shopify discount codes at the end of your survey is a great strategy that will to increase your response rates and boost your lifetime customer value.
With the Zigpoll Shopify App you get a wide variety of options when it comes to offering rewards. Let's go through all the details:
Option 1. Static discount codes
This option works by first creating your discount code within the Shopify admin section. And then, once the discount code is created, copying the value and pasting it into the contents of your reward slide.
- Log into your Shopify dashboard
- Click Discounts → Click Create Discount
- Create your discount code and copy the title
- Log into your Zigpoll dashboard by clicking Apps → Zigpoll
- Click Surveys → Select your Survey → Click Slides
- Select your Reward slide or create a new one
- Paste in the value of the discount code into the input labelled Reward Code
This will share a static discount code to your customers after they have completed your survey.
Option 2. Dynamic discount codes
- Log into your Zigpoll dashboard by clicking Apps → Zigpoll
- Click Surveys → Select your Survey → Click Slides
- Select your Reward slide or create a new one
- Select Dynamic where it says Reward Code Type
- Enter the rules for your dynamic discount code
This will create a dynamic discount code that gets generated immediatly once a survey is completed by your customer.
