How To Set Up A Custom Sender Domain

Do you want to fully whitelabel your automated email surveys so that they come from your business domain? No problem! Get this set up by following the steps below:

  • Log into your Zigpoll dashboard
  • Click Settings on the top left hand side
  • Enable the switch labelled Custom Sender Domain
  • Enter the email domain you want to use (ex. mg.yourbusiness.com)
  • Add the printed TXT records to your DNS provider and click Verify Domain
  • This will kick off the process on our end. We will verify your domain and get it working within 24 hours
  • After 24 hours, try sending out an email survey - it will now use your custom sender domain.


That's it! Once you take those steps, all outbound emails will be sent using your custom sender domain.
